2005 Tournament of Champions Rules

Below are the proposed rules for the game along with the blind schedule and payouts. I have listed three alternates to the payout structure in the event that we have a full game. I am leaning towards the second which pays out 5 places but still has a large first prize. There are also 2 proposed blind schedules. Please feel free to comment here on anything you like or dislike about the rules. I will go with the majority on the blinds and the payout schedule.

Max Players: 19
Final Table: 8 or 9 players
All money taken in will be paid out.
If 2 players are eliminated on the same hand the one with more chips at the start of the hand will finish in the higher spot.
